Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, ethical, and experienced Senior Student Counselor (Multi-Destination) who can handle student recruitment for Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland), the UK, and Australia. This role requires a deep understanding of international education systems, the ability to work across multiple time zones and admission cycles, and leadership qualities to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored guidance to students for Europe, UK, and Australia, including university/course selection, entry criteria, and visa preparation.

• Manage the end-to-end student journey: initial consultation, document assessment, SOP review, GTE, and visa lodgment.

• Stay current on admission updates, embassy requirements, and immigration regulations across all relevant destinations.

• Prepare and review student documentation such as GTEs, SOPs, financials, and other visa-related materials.

• Coordinate with partner universities and pathway providers across multiple countries.

• Attend and support local and international education fairs, online webinars, and promotional campaigns.

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, monitor conversion rates, and ensure excellent service delivery.

• Mentor junior counselors, help onboard new hires, and support training initiatives.

• Meet or exceed monthly student recruitment targets while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in international student counseling.

• Proven success placing students in Europe (especially Nordic countries + Germany), UK, and Australia.

• Strong working knowledge of university application processes, visa policies (including SOP/GTE), and admission timelines.

• Hands-on experience with CRMs and document management tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bengali.
