• Bachelor`s or associate`s degree in counseling.
• Master`s degree in counseling may be advantageous.

Job Description/ Responsibility

• You MUST have the necessary skills and experiences to process the different categories of admission.
• You must have good knowledge of the IRCC Portal/GC Key Portal for Canadian visas, EMGS for Malaysian visas, etc and organize documents for the submission of a student visa application.
• You will have to stay in touch with the clients through E-mail and WhatsApp until the completion of each visa application process.
• You MUST have proficiency in using a Laptop or Desktop and the Internet (MS Word, typing, emailing, Canva, etc.)

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development/Visa Processing/Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field.
• Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment.
• Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students` problems and developmental needs.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
• Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
• Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
