Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Should have sound knowledge in designing, building code & construction

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Building, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management, Structural Designing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in engineering design primarily in building structures and in roles of increasing responsibility and project complexity.
∎ Understand all construction drawings and accordingly drawings should execute in the field.
∎ Review, screening, adaptation / development of guidelines, standards, and procedures.
∎ Monitor/supervise construction and infrastructural maintenance work
∎ Prepare estimate, budget and BOQ by studying design and drawings
∎ Prepare reports regarding construction and general maintenance work
∎ Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other non-technical people
∎ Collect available construction documentation such as as-built drawings, geotechnical reports, information on occupancy and usage, etc.
∎ Produce minutes of meeting to record the initial findings of the site inspection
∎ Prepare project progress plans & making regular monitoring of actual progress of the project.
∎ Review and comment on the implementation of structural safety improvements
∎ Carry out building inspections and surveying/directly.
∎ Any other task assigned by Department Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in writing & speaking English.
