∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely issuance of stocks as per approved requisition.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register all Import Oriented Items.
∎ Maintaining of Stock Register all Import Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment's.
∎ Keep Tally/ERP updated for every receipts and issues immediately.
∎ Maintain LC wise database for import consignment/Mechanical items.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Maintain different store location wise inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Prepare Gate Pass
∎ Making periodic reports about the stock status and send to related departments.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Making spare parts/mechanical items uses reports monthly basis and prepare standard Vs actual uses report of spare parts for operation wing wise.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Face the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have experience in garments/garments accessories/spinning/textile/denim factories will get preference.
∎ Must have to know MS Excel & ERP software operation

Salary: Negotiable
