Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Master’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ No third class in any level of examination.
∎ Experience in relevant field will be an additional advantage.
∎ Adequate knowledge on inventory management system.
∎ Knowledge on warehouse organization management and maintenance system.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on store compliance and safety system.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team.
∎ Ability to work well under strict deadlines.
∎ Physically fit to undertake arduous tasks.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Age maximum 35 years.
∎ Competitive salary package as contractual employee.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.   Managing inventory and stock register of the IUB Central Store.
∎ 2. Takes over items from suppliers as per the Work Order of Purchase & Procurement Dept.
∎ 3.  Monitoring Record of low stock of stores and inform the concern department well advance
∎ 4.  Ensures quality of items supplied by the vendors before receipt and endorsement in the software.
∎ 5.  Process requisition to the Purchase and Procurement Department based on the demand of the users.
∎ 6.  Check ground balance of stores with the software balance at any point of time.
∎ 7.      Preparing monthly consumption report and submits to the DD, F&P
∎ 8.      Assists Sr. Estate Officer in organizing auction process related to store item.
∎ 9.      Prepare monthly stock tacking report and submit to DD, F&P.
∎ 10. Performs any other task assigned by the DD, F&P11. Reports to the DD, F&P for any matters related to IUB Central Store.
