Job Context:
∎ HRC, a leading blue chip conglomerate of Bangladesh, invites applications from young, experienced, energetic, self motivated & dynamic professional for the post of "Store officer" for its Lighting Division.
∎ Job Location: Mirzanagar, Savar, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain warehouse and distribution operations of lighting products as per policies and procedures.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks are properly handled and accurately checked upon receipt.
∎ Prepare delivery plan as per sales orders.
∎ Ensure timely distribution of all goods and commodities to the distributor points with proper documentations.
∎ Ensure safety stock of inventory as per storage capacity.
∎ Supervise loading & unloading procedure of all materials/goods/commodities and keep record.
∎ Responsible to ensure complete and accurate receipt and documentation of all stocks returned upon delivery.
∎ Responsible to ensure that request for Stock Transfer to Principal and other branches are documented and processed properly.
∎ Conduct physical stock checking and verify with updated inventory/stock statement.
∎ Updating daily stock record on regular basis in the register as well in the system.
∎ Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders properly.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly.
∎ Ensure general control on over all activities in the Department.
∎ Responsible for effective monitoring system and supervise labor functions in the store.
∎ Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
∎ Understand and support store operations, policies and procedures and ensure effective co-ordination with all concerned departments related to store operation.
∎ Should able to entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory / ERP system.
∎ Lead and guide a group of Companies central store.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for materials received from suppliers, delivery to customers and returned products.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistic, Store/ Inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office Package and ERP software.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in store system & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
