Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: Store

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management, Local Purchase, Logistics Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Paper

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Devise routes for shipments and coordinate drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
∎ Developing and confirming distribution schedules.
∎ Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products
∎ To assist management in maintaining operations of the store.
∎ Preparation of Daily Raw Materials (spare parts, accessories, stationary items etc.) requirements.
∎ To ensure goods are kept by First In First Out method (FIFO).
∎ Maintain and ensure the issuance of different items as per requisition.
∎ To ensure preparation of MRR & MRN on time.
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time.
∎ Ensure emergency local purchase.
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation.
∎ Maintain all email communications with client and Head Office.
∎ To ensure store/warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal & Computer skill.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest, good personality will be common qualification.
∎ To take a huge work force & pressure and act as a cool headed person.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the Store & Inventory management division of manufacturing Industry.

Salary: Negotiable
