Store/ Inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition.
∎ Prepare "Inventory Report" at the end of every month.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition. Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain softcopy as well as hardcopy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following:
∎ Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR), Materials Receiving Report (MRR)
∎ Materials Issue Slips (MIS), Materials Transfer Challan (MTC)
∎ Gate Pass
∎ Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR)
∎ Materials Transfer Requisition Form & Regular check and update stock ledger.
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): SS Pipe Industry, Inventory/Warehouse preferable.
Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
