∎ BBA/ Bachelor with commerce background/ BBA in Accounting will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, store and issue of all fixed and expendable materials procured/obtained by the university authority.
∎ Should be able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores.
∎ Day to day check on the storage facilities.
∎ Checking the supplies from time to time
∎ Maintain all files, register, voucher, issue orders, invoice, bills and other necessary documents related to receive, preservation and issue of store.
∎ Generate monthly in/out, inventory and stock report / reconciliation statement.
∎ Remind higher authority about the future requirement of store beforehand.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Fluent in Bangla & English Typing.

∎ Negotiable
