Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material Planning:
∎ Material Planning based on used, FSN, ABC, VED, and SOS analysis.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level.
∎ Daily monitor ROL
∎ Raise requisition through the system.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Goods Receipt as per standard.
∎ Goods issue/Billing as per company standard.
∎ Cycle inventory counting
∎ Organize the store as per company policy.
∎ Fulfill user demand by issuing goods.
∎ Cost Management:
∎ User departmental cost monitoring
∎ Identify the opportunities for increasing profitability.
∎ User stock monitor & auditing
∎ Supply Chain:
∎ Coordinate with users, procurement & management to do the right thing and run the smooth operation.
∎ Requirement follow-up with the Procurement team
∎ Others:
∎ Must ensure quality, quantity & compliance as per company policies.
∎ Different types of SCM-related analysis
∎ Assist HOD in achieving the departmental objectives & KPIs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
∎ Problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & “Can Do” Attitude
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent presentation skills.
∎ Operating knowledge of Inventory application
