Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of proper storing system including protective measure from all possible odds and constant monitoring.
∎ Receive/Dispatch goods from and to desired location of the Organization.
∎ Make sure the monthly Inventory- Store wise/Category wise.
∎ Checking, evaluating & register all general sales return, Short expiry, Damage issues, share to top management & finalized for action plan.
∎ Checking daily purchase order & delivery movement planning in effective & professional manner.
∎ All types of material received as per material purchase requisition /work order/purchase order.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Responsible to initiate entire store operation & distribution management planning in view of smooth, quick, errorless act & functions.
∎ Checking, evaluating & register all general sales return, Short expiry, Damage issues, share to top management & finalized for action plan.
∎ Physically presence & receive of shipment arrival items & submit to management within 12 hours.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according to FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Prepare stock inventory, Product in and out report, analysis of Product life.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Supply chain, Operating experience of Store related software, Advance level user of MS Excel, MS Word etc.
Salary: Negotiable
