Delivery Management, Inventory management, Store Management, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic, Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for building the strategic delivery process and ensuring the smooth transportation and delivery of product to respective dealer/distribution/retail point.
∎ Receiving of finished goods from factory and maintaining the stock to ensure smooth and on time delivery.
∎ Collaborate with sales team, product team to drive system and operational improvements that will improve delivery efficiencies and result in lower cost per delivery.
∎ Make route plan for delivery and communicate with transport department for arrangement of delivery vehicle and ensuring delivery using CBM method of vehicle capacity.
∎ Managing Transportation and warehousing services, ensuring capacity to meet regional requirements.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Check and supervise the daily receiving, delivery reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store in line with ERP Software.
∎ Monitoring and keep record like delivery order, receiving challan, delivery expanses etc. To check and maintain the MRR, Delivery challan and Gate pass.
∎ To monitor the task of necessary records, registers, ledger and system reports of the store as well as inventory of stock materials.
∎ Preparing report and submitting to the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office packages (MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
∎ Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
∎ Good planning and organizing skills.
Salary: Negotiable
