Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain daily Raw material issue and received ledger in excel and in manual way
∎ To maintain monthly inventory ledger in excel and manually
∎ To distribute required raw materials to the production floor as per requisition of production department
∎ To match all purchased stationary & consumable goods to Challan and rearrange those in orderly manner in store
∎ To prepare issue report of all issued items from requisition book
∎ To ensure proper arrangement / allocation of raw materials and also ensure cleanliness of store
∎ To assist in selling of wastage items
∎ To assist actively in physical inventory
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
