∎ They greet customers, self-service food orders, bring food and drinks to the tables and if required take payment and make change.
∎ Observant to Guests needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
∎ Takes orders and serves guests in a courteous, professional and attentive manner undertake menu up-selling and suggestive selling.
∎ Steward in ABI restaurant should be aware of the service etiquettes.
∎ Monitoring customer orders and look after the dining area welcoming guests in friendly and professional way promoting ABI products. Taking care customer issues/complaints
∎ Build positive rapport with customers.
