Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Nursing from a public or any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
∎ Provide high-quality patient care in Patient Ward/ Obs. & Gynae /Pre & Post Operative/ HDU / ICU/ OT/ Emergency.
∎ Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
∎ Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
∎ Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
∎ Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by the state board of nursing, state nurse practice act and other governing agency regulations.
∎ Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
∎ Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Maintains patient confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information private.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Staff Nurse must be licensed as a Registered Nurse.
∎ At least 02 years for OT/ ICU/ Delivery in relevant area;
∎ At least 01 years for Staff Nurse Position;
∎ Age 20 to 35 years (Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidates).
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidates having experience in reputed hospitals will get preference.
∎ Should be proficient in using HIS.
∎ Should have a good command Bangla, English Preferred.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, proactive, dedicated, punctual, and hard-working.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ A valid nursing license is a must.
∎ Demonstrate brilliant empathy.
∎ Ability to multitask.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
