Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or equivalent (Minimum Second Division or GPA - 3.00).
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery/ Orthopedic
∎ Experience in computer operation (M.S Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) may be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Staff Nurse the incumbent, under general supervision of the charge nurse, is responsible to the Manager, Nursing Services for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans,
∎ He/she carry out patient care and co- ordinate with related departments within limits of patient care issue in a particular shift.
∎ He/she will be responsible for assessing patient's needs of personal hygiene, scheduling appointments, ordering and administering medication as prescribed and attends to all other needs of the patient.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Overall performance will be formally assessed and reviewed regularly, with additional assessment taking place as necessary. Key assessment criteria are as follows:
∎ Demonstrated competency in the patient - focused care and problem solving Commensurate with the ICHRI Competency Standards.
∎ Demonstrated ability to contribute and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
∎ Demonstrated involvement in professional development of self and others.
∎ Knowledge of and involvement in evidence based practice through quality improvement.
∎ Punctuality in attendance and attention to patient care.
∎ Experience in Cardiac ICU/CCU/Cardiac OT/ Cath Lab/Cardiac Emergency may be preferred.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
