Job Responsibilities:
∎ Decision making by daily mobile or face to face discussions with media and land owners of various projects.
∎ Planning the purchase of land for various projects.
∎ Follow up with project media regarding the collection of land documents.
∎ Collecting land documents and meeting with media and land owners.
∎ Regular update and reporting on project-based work to the Company Head.
∎ Taking necessary measures regarding payment of land purchase in discussion with the Company Head.
∎ Providing legal opinion on land.
∎ Conducting the required legal measures and taking follow-up on project litigation.
∎ Preparation of various inquiry reports for purchase of land.
∎ Supervise the field survey of the project land and take necessary action.
∎ Project Management.
∎ To perform various work as directed by the higher authority.
∎ Presuming the new projects and visit the existing projects.
∎ Creating project feasibility.
∎ Prepare new project proposals and present to the Company Head.
∎ Implementing the required Land Registry Clearing, Saf- Kabla, Baina, and Power procedures.
∎ Conducting in-house meetings on various projects with Company Head and higher authorities.
∎ Prepared target vs achievement report & attend meeting.
