∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring all construction related works of CODEC implemented projects in Cox’s Bazar are done as per specification and instruction of CODEC HO.
∎ Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of construction works.
∎ To work and develop construction plans in coordination with CODEC HO, respective project coordinators/project manager/program managers.
∎ To guide all the civil engineers and site supervisors for better outcome.
∎ Provide weekly construction progress report to HQ.
∎ Capable to do structural & electrical design and costing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working knowledge of English speaking & writing
∎ Any other construction related working experience more than 10 years will get preference
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Planning
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Excellent knowledge Construction Management.
∎ Capable of handling the construction department independently.

Salary: Negotiable
