Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ OLT installation and troubleshoot.
∎ Complain ticket monitoring and do needful for corrective action.
∎ Change Request (MIS) & Service Request (MQ) and update daily basis.
∎ Installation and troubleshoot of ONUs and maintain records.
∎ Check faulty ONUs and maintain records.
∎ Subscriber site device configuration and troubleshoot. (Like, Cisco, Mikrotik etc.)
∎ Prepare daily and monthly work report to superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
