Job Responsibilities:
∎ *** For Nurse (General Section) ***
∎ Ensure effective communication.
∎ Understand the hospital and nursing policy and procedure and implementing of it.
∎ Welcome new patients to the ward and provides information of schedule and activities identify patients needs, plan implement care accordingly.
∎ Ensure Patients safety during hospitalization.
∎ Ensure confidentiality of the patients and keep secure the files at all times.
∎ Ensure total patients care including doctor's order medication and treatments.
∎ Performing teaching and discharge plan for patient and discharged within time according to hospital policy.
∎ Ensure Proper waste management and injection control policy.
∎ Ensure proper use and handle with care of all hospital equipment's.
∎ Ensure proper use of hospital information system .

∎ *** For Nurse ( ICU Section ) ***
∎ Collaborating with fellow members of the critical care system.
∎ Ensure confident enough and able to manage in stressful situation at work.
∎ Keep Proper documentation.
∎ Medication administration.
∎ Participate in our initiates CRP when needed.
∎ Assist the physicians in performing special procedure like intubation, extubution, inserting central veneous catheter, inter costal tube drainage and defibrillation.
∎ Handle and operates equipment like ventilator, cardiac monitor laryngoscope, syringe pump, infusion pump, ECG machine, detibrillators, glucometer, spo2, probes, CPAP and BPAP machine.
∎ Ensure the ventilators, cardiac monitor and all types of medical equipments function properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Basic Computer Skill. Guiding, teaching and inspiring the nurses on respective work area. Good technical Knowledge and skills on Specialty/area wise medical equipment and machines.

∎ Council Registration Requirements:
∎ Valid Registration and License from BNMC
