Job Context:
∎ Construction of Varendra University permanent campus at Rajshahi
∎ Job Location: Rajshahi (Khorkhori)
∎ Job Nature: Full Time (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the BOQ, specifications, design, site condition, other influencing factors.
∎ To study of all working drawing for execution construction works at site.
∎ May work with central procurement team in negotiation with local vendors/ contractors and providing site related inputs to them
∎ To monitor construction works as per working drawing
∎ To check the Contractor's bill
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
∎ Any other related jobs assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be expert in English and computer applications
∎ Gentle mannered, smart
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in building construction work
