Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and monitor all functions of SCM, including warehouse management, purchasing, and planning.
∎ Ensure effective foreign and local materials management, including inventory tracking, receiving, storage, and product movement.
∎ Develop and implement material control strategies to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with production, logistics, and other concerned departments to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and production capabilities.
∎ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains and timely deliveries.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs
∎ Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
∎ Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries accurately.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the department.

∎ Vivo Bangladesh Factory is a well-reputed Chinese multinational smartphone assembly and manufacturing company, namely Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior SCM Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the SCM processes, including PMC, Purchasing, and Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and cost-effective management of materials and inventory, enhance supplier relationships, and improve overall supply chain performance.
