Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Engineer / Account manager is responsible for multiple product portfolio in accordance with assigned accountabilities. Marine sales and aftersales experience is preferred.
∎ Performing tasks such as handling customer inquiries, issuing quotations, receiving POs, assisting customers with logistics as & when necessary.
∎ Meeting and exceeding assigned sales target. Business development activity for generating new business and revenue streams
∎ Attending government and private sector tender procedures in order to sell companies products & services.
∎ Follow upon sales leads. Managing orders and supply chain. Monitoring and collection of account receivables. Managing and resolving disputes/ discrepancies.
∎ Communicate with customers and suppliers in order to complete jobs under taken, successfully.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers.
∎ Perform any other Adhoc tasks assigned by company .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
∎ Seasoned sales professional with minimum 8 years of related experience, preferably in the Marine, heavy equipment / machine after sales.
∎ Demonstrated application engineering approach
∎ University degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred with related work experienc
