∎ Ideal Candidate should have skill, sufficient engineering knowledge and expertise on Bituminous Road.
∎ Should have leading Capacity.
∎ Directing & monitoring related team members.
∎ Should have capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
