Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)

Auto CAD, 3D Max
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging mobilization and site preparatory works.
∎ Collecting all Working Drawings (i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) from Engineering Dept, Head Office.
∎ Making Project Master Program of Works in collaboration with concerned Sr. PM/PM.
∎ Preparing estimates for foundation and frame works in 1st phase and total estimates for all other works in subsequent phases.
∎ Getting contractors from the concerned Sr. PM/PM.
∎ Collecting copy of Landowner's Deed of Agreement, Project Brochure, Perspective views of the Building and list of Standard Features and Amenities made for the Project.
∎ Collecting Technical Manuals of Works and specifications of the materials to be used.
∎ Setting up internal control management.
∎ Setting-up Quality Assurance System.
∎ Defining job responsibilities of all associate staffs and imposing responsibilities on them.
∎ Maintaining Quality Records.
∎ Setting-up work supervision management system.
∎ Identifying faulty works and workmanship and taking corrective action.
∎ Taking measurements of all completed works and recording in MB.
∎ Preparation contractors' bills and certifying those.
∎ Recording optional/modification works given by Customer Care Dept. and arranging to get those done.
∎ Developing basic management for the contractors working in the project.
∎ Taking proper care for site safety, safety for workers and preventive measures against police problem.
∎ Preparing Monthly Work Program for Master Work Program of the project.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
