Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering (Public University will be preferred)/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a project efficiently.
∎ Able to prepare complete estimate and costing of a project.
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work of high rise building.
∎ Able to handle the contractor and skilled/semiskilled worker.
∎ Provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
∎ Ensure work done at project as per design & drawing, maintaining quality.
∎ Able to maintain MB book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 years for B. Sc in Civil Engineering (From Public University)/ 15 to 20 years for Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Experience on construction of Apartment/Residential Building with analytical & hands on work
∎ At least 5 years' experience (B. Sc in Civil Engineering from Public University) and 12 years' experience (Diploma in Civil Engineering) in handling of high rise residential building as project Engineer/ In charge
∎ Strong Leadership skill to lead the Project/Construction team
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure
