∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main Duties: Operation Executive (Janitorial & Security) will be responsible for overall supervision & Monitor of Project Site personnel and work & project development and others works.
∎ Ensure timely attendance of all staff in the project site.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership and is able to support and train operational staffs.
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking.
∎ Ensuring & continues monitoring of project deadlines so that project deadlines are met.
∎ Determining & suggestion of Project changes.
∎ Providing administration support as needed for the project.
∎ Handling any unwanted situation competently, tactfully and promptly with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Ensuring overall security of the project and deployed security personnel as required.
∎ Developing strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationship with key partners.
∎ Need to Monitor and administrate System & Support team
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Worked in Security Company/Facility Management Services will add advantage
