Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to manage and monitor all corporate licenses, certifications, NOCs, and permissions across SBUs and projects.
∎ Create a regulatory compliance calendar for tracking upcoming renewals, new project needs, and expiration dates.
∎ Collect, update, and renew all necessary licenses, certifications, and permissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Factory Administration, Finance, Compliance, and Project departments to gather required documentation and process applications.
∎ Regularly visit government regulatory offices to streamline processes, follow up on approvals, and build strong relationships with officials for smoother coordination on behalf of Akij Resource.
∎ Monitor the status of applications, renewals, and updates for all regulatory documentation and address any gaps proactively; Perform periodic audits; review potential compliance risks.
∎ Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings, compliance checks, and regulatory updates.
