Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in (Automobile/Mechanical) Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance & repairing works of Mechanical and specially work knowledge in Heavy Equipment’s Hydraulic maintenance of Cranes, Excavators (Magnet, Grab, Bucket) Pay loaders, Dynast Generators, Roller, Forklifts of different manufacturers, like, Kobelco, Sennebogen, CAT, XCMG SANY, Manitou. Etc.
∎ Repair major engine overhauling.
∎ Hydraulic Fault finding and repairing of above mentioned equipment and Machineries at minimum time while breakdown.
∎ Distribution of manpower according to vehicle under maintenance..
∎ Prepare & ensure the preventive maintenance schedule of each equipment.
∎ Take necessary action to emergency maintenance.
∎ Provide correct spares to the technician within the correct time by using oracle Application and fitted properly.
∎ Maintain proper documentations of the workshop and equipment wise maintenance, expenses, frequency report etc.
∎ Create work follow chart under maintenance vehicle.
∎ Forecasting, ordering & follow up the spare parts inventory to avoid any delay of maintenance.
∎ Submitting the quality/performance report of spares, service & consumables regularly & religiously.
∎ Perform any other task assign by management or HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Sincere, honest and well behaved.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel) is must.
∎ Hardworking and can manage stressful situations.
∎ Minimum 10-12 years' experience is required for the Diploma in Automobile Engineers.
