∎ Skills Required: Familiar with SAP ERP system

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete understanding of SAP MM and PP Module and ability to work completely in SAP system.
∎ Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs.
∎ Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, production plan, and material availability.
∎ Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, and production
∎ Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory.
∎ Arrange materials from local suppliers.
∎ Review supplies to ensure quality, monitor stock levels and maintain accessibility to information.
∎ Design and create new tools to help improve the planning and procurement functions of supply chain.
∎ Prepare detailed reports relating to SAP, back orders, and schedules.
∎ Prepare daily production plan based on market demand and material availability.
∎ Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts.
