Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze technical data & specification to determine the materials requirement after getting Purchase Requisition.
∎ Making Purchase planning with concern Department (Procurement, Civil, and Store & Site).
∎ Sourcing potential vendors as per requirements.
∎ Collect Quotation from different vendors & Create Comparative Statement (CS).
∎ Negotiate the best possible deal for pricing, quality and other terms and condition.
∎ Issuing Work Orders against Requisition.
∎ Ensure payment bill for vendors, submit party payment.
∎ Site, Factory & Market visit.
∎ Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualification, delivery time, and potential future developments.
∎ Checking and provide Materials Current Price if required.
