∎ Age 27 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform maintenance tasks on various machines, Industrial Automation systems and other electronic devices PLC, HMI, VFD, AC/DC motor, DC speed controller different types of sensors and servo motor and driver.
∎ Analyze system failures and recommend appropriate resolutions to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Installation, Commissioning and operation of production machinery as per manufacture guidelines.
∎ Maintain knowledge of local and international electrical and electronics standards and standard operating procedures (SOP).
∎ Responsibility for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issue including the maintenance process.
∎ Proper knowledge of steel pipe forming machines, polishing machines, slitting, fiber laser marking machines (EZcad2 software) design machines, and electric overhead traveling (EOT) cranes, chiller, compressor, pneumatic system.
∎ Ensure and implement preventive/protective maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery to efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Proper knowledge of testing commissioning of electrical systems including transformer, HT/LT switchgear, PFI panel, load calculation and busbar trucking systems, knowledge of understanding control circuit diagrams, SLD.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and relevant department to ensure smooth operations and timely procurement of rewuired materials.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of all engineering tasks performed for future reference purposes.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by HOD/Plant in-charge .

∎ Job Location: Nolpathor, Kanchan, Rupganj.
