Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Petty Cash Checking & Controlling
∎ Daily Dyeing Sub contract Sales Monitoring
∎ Daily prepare Knitting, Dyeing, Printing & Embroidery Challan & Bill
∎ Daily Tally ERP.9 Software Posting any voucher
∎ Daily Banking & Monthly Salary Disbursement
∎ Daily all Party Balance confirm & maintaining
∎ As per Head of Accounts assign any others work.
∎ Financial Management/Fund Management
∎ Audit Officer Daily works:
∎ Daily petty Cash & Bill Voucher Physically Checking & in Tally Software
∎ Daily Sales monitoring
∎ Daily Import & Export Bill Checking
∎ Weekly Factory visit
∎ Inventory Stock Checking
∎ Daily C&F Bill Checking
∎ Bill Voucher Market Survey
∎ Special Investigation assign by Top Management
∎ Review Financial Statement
∎ Vat & Tax File Monitoring
∎ Any Report sent to Head of Internal Audit
∎ Establishing internal controlling policy.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Audit, ERP, Internal Audit, Tally ERP 9, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Knit Composite)/ Textile.
∎ Good knowledge of Accounting Basics.
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate Affairs, RMG, Financial Rules, Company Law, Fiscal Policy, VAT, Taxation Law.
∎ Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, ERP or Tally software.
