∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance & repairing works of Microcontroller based electrically controlled Heavy Equipment's, like, Cranes, Excavators (Magnet, Grab, Bucket etc.), Pay loaders, Dynast Generators, Roller, Forklifts etc. of different manufacturers, like, Kobelco, Sennebogen, CAT, XCMG SANY, Manitou. Etc.
∎ Repair & troubleshooting of all electrical, electronics & hydraulics at minimum time.
∎ Prepare & ensure the preventive maintenance schedule of each equipment.
∎ Submission of daily status report of the above mentioned equipment.
∎ Ensure the quality of spares bought from market by procurement department.
∎ Maintain proper data of all equipment for future record.
∎ Fault finding and repairing of above mentioned equipment and Machineries while breakdown.
∎ Maintain proper data of maintenance and repairing for each equipment.
∎ Contact supplier for repairing of equipment if under warranty.
∎ Ensuring availability of fast moving spares for minimizing breakdown period.
∎ Forecasting, ordering & follow up the spare parts inventory to avoid any delay of maintenance.
∎ Submitting the quality/performance report of spares, service & consumables regularly & religiously.
∎ Perform any other task assign by management or HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Sincere, honest and well behaved.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel) is must.
∎ Hardworking and can manage stressful situations.
