Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer (Senior-level preferred)
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro (Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus)
• Experience creating performance-driven ad creatives
• Understanding of storytelling, timing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Professional Certification (Preferred):

• Motion Graphics / Video Editing Certification
• Adobe Certified Professional (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Any recognized Creative or Multimedia certification

Training (Added Advantage):

• Training in digital ad creatives & short-form video content
• Experience with Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos
• Knowledge of brand-focused motion design

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and reels for social media, ads, and digital campaigns

• Develop video ads for META, YouTube, and other digital platforms

• Work closely with marketing and content teams to transform concepts into engaging visuals

• Design motion content for brand promotions, education expos, events, and announcements

• Edit videos, add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and animations

• Ensure all motion designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
