Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as part of the construction management team, reporting to the Project Manager, Sr. MEP Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the project relating to building services.
∎ To ensure that the day-to-day duties by the MEP junior staff are performed professionally and expeditiously to support the ongoing progress of the project.
∎ Acting as MEP Inspectors upon execution is completed by sub-contractors. And leading sub-contractors to achieve the targets as per the Programme, arranging and deploying the worker to achieve daily targets as per GFC drawings.
∎ Coordination with technical consultants, head of the department, area In-charge (Sr. civil engineer) preparing and getting approval of all work method statements, risk analysis, MEPF specific.
∎ Speak, write and read English frequently.
∎ Have good project administration and management skills.
∎ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of new systems and materials, and building codes and regulations, local & international construction practices.
∎ Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software, MS office and CAD.
∎ Assist the Project manager in Developing and implementing quality control system MEPF specific.
∎ Prepare progress reports, material requirements under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
