∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement TQM policies, procedures, and best practices for real estate projects.
∎ Ensure quality control measures are followed in construction, procurement, and project execution.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
∎ Review and validate bills submitted by contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
∎ Cross-check invoices with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), work orders, and purchase agreements.
∎ Ensure accurate billing by verifying material specifications, work progress, and contract terms.
∎ Identify and report discrepancies in payments, pricing, and billing errors.
∎ Inspect construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) for quality compliance.
∎ Verify material test reports, certificates, and supplier compliance documents.
∎ Conduct random sample testing to ensure materials meet required standards.
∎ Work with the procurement team to approve or reject materials based on quality checks.
∎ Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies in project execution.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project quality.
∎ Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
