Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc or B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring overall factory management, such as – Production, Maintenance. Manpower handling, Security, Store, Accounts, General activity and Administrative activity,
∎ Arrange coordination meeting time to time with all departmental/ sectional head and solve the problems arises.
∎ Follow-up the development works & keep close contact with higher authority regarding any problems arises.
∎ Follow up the procurement of required items as and when required.
∎ Plan schedule maintenance of Plant machineries and implement the same as scheduled.
∎ Synchronize and coordinate different Section In charges about production, maintenance and development works.
∎ Look after the delivery & return back of Cylinders and their safety & proper handling, maintenance etc.
∎ Arrange to expedite the factory development, construction and maintenance works keeping regular contact with CUD & Civil department.
∎ Follow up the daily & regular activity of Store, Accounts and Administration. Closely monitor & provide proper guide line to complete their job accordingly.
∎ Arrange regular inventory of factory store, production line, factory floor and prepare report.
∎ Communicate with Purchaser, Supply Chain, Corporate store, Corporate Office & Top Management personals for the necessity and smooth functioning of the factory.
∎ Delegates, Visitors and Top management personals attain, entertain and doing required system support to make them satisfied.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Experience in Oxygen Plant will be preferred.
∎ Hard working & Able to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of maintenance & operation on big Air Compressor, oxygen Compressor, Engine, refrigeration system, WTP, equipments of cryogenic system.
∎ Computer knowledge.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment.
