Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as Senior Manager – Supply Chain. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of progressive experience in the readymade garments or apparel industry, with a strong background in procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationship management. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, optimizing costs, and supporting the overall production and delivery process.
∎ Maintain a supply chain network and strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensure suppliers are accredited to the Supplier database and are aligned with the company’s Ethics Code of Conduct.

∎ Oversee the sourcing of raw materials and components required for accessories production.
∎ Evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
∎ Supervise inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding excess or shortages.
∎ Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams for efficient material flow and stock accuracy.
∎ Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production schedules.
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport providers.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities in sourcing, warehousing, and logistics without compromising quality.
∎ Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with regulatory, environmental, and company policies.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
∎ Good knowledge of spares and equipment such as Garments Accessories, Garments & Stationeries etc.
∎ Check requisition daily and purchase the requisition product as per management approval.
∎ Any Other task assigned by the management.
