Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and supervising overall activities of laboratory.
∎ Maintain quality assurance procedures and standards with best practices of the industry.
∎ Conduct regular quality Inspections/ analytical activities of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, production processes and finished products with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Product development works with marketing department to develop new products.
∎ Develop testing methods and prepare various reports.
∎ Handling customer feedback/complain.
∎ Handling all kinds of certification i.e ISO, BSTI and other relevant authorities.
∎ Works on product shelf life Studies.
∎ Documentation according to the cGMP.
∎ Conduct different regulatory audit.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
