Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Supply Chain Management./Master in any discipline/ B.Sc in Engineering.
∎ Candidates having advanced degrees like Diploma in Procurement/SCM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and finalizing the contracts to comply the International Standard.
∎ Follow up the import indent as per requirement of respective department on the basis of Lead time.
∎ Checking and forwarding indent through accordingly after justifying the stock level.
∎ Discussing with factory management about technical & miscellaneous issues.
∎ Discussing & giving Instruction to the concerned about daily issues.
∎ Monitoring the RM and AM consumption trend.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring the Raw Material stock position for executing optimum stock level as per plan.
∎ Overall responsible for Local and imported RM, PM and Capital machineries.
∎ Internal Discussion Meeting with SCM team about local spares issues and solve.
∎ Preparing the Yearly, Monthly and Weekly RM & PM procurement Plan.
∎ Negotiating and finalize the imported items for final approval as per Company procedure.
∎ To collect Proforma Invoice and finalize for Import.
∎ Send Proforma Invoice to the Commercial dept. for L/C opening.
∎ Follow up, checking the L/C and give final consent to Commercial Dept. to transmit the L/C.
∎ Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Commercial Dept.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Dept. for Shipment in time.
∎ Liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.
∎ Liaison with the members of the purchase deptt. Daily basis.
∎ Discussion meeting with Purchase Committee twice in a month or as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leader with proactive thinking & problem-solving attitude.
∎ Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.

Salary: Negotiable
