Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (ME)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from any Govt. or UGC Approved Reputed University.
∎ Having professional degree or diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Special Engineering Equipment will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Trading/ Tender Preperation/ Indenting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Business proposals along with Technical Offers for Customers.
∎ Tender Preparation (Study & Analysis of Tender Schedule including the Technical Specifications, Documentation and Submission)
∎ Sourcing of products and communicate with Foreign Principals/Manufacturers.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Directorate General of Defence Purchase (DGDP), Armed Forces HQ, Police Headquarters, RAB and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
∎ Preparing Technical Specifications to meet the Standardization Process for procurement of any new item/ equipment for the customer.
∎ Making agreement with Foreign Principals and others.
∎ Skilled on efficiently and correctly handle all Export & Import, shipping documentation including customs and shipping documents (AWB/BL, Invoices, packing list, BOE etc) preparation.
∎ Skilled to handle all kinds of Banking Functions and documentation (Letter of Credit, Tender Security Guarantee, Performance Guarantee etc.)
∎ Communicate with Technical Information to Non-Technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and must have fast standard typing speed (Both English & Bengali)
∎ Proficient in English speaking, writing, report preparation etc.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have practical working experiences in any Indenting and Trading firm(s) to process International Tender.
∎ Minimum 05 years practical experiences in International & Local Tenders with Indenting & Trading Firms and Government Approved Contractor/ Supply companies.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for genuinely deserving candidates.
