∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any Govt. or UGC approved university. Having professional degree or diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Special Engineering Equipment will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Business proposal along with Technical Offer for Customers.
∎ Tender Preparation (Study & Analysis of Tender Schedule including the Technical Specifications, Documentation and Submission)
∎ Sourcing of products and communicate with Foreign Principals.
∎ Maintaining liaison with DGDP, Arms Forces HQ, Police Headquarters, RAB and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
∎ Preparing Technical Specification to meet the Standardization Process for procurement of any new item/ equipment for the customer.
∎ Making agreement with Foreign Principals and others.
∎ Skilled on efficiently and correctly handle all Export & Import, shipping documentation including customs and shipping documents preparation.
∎ Skilled on checking of AWB/BL, Invoices, packing list, BOE etc for import and export of goods.
∎ Skilled to handle all kinds of Banking Functions and documentation (Letter of Credit, Performance Guarantee etc.)
∎ Communicate with Technical Information to Non-Technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali)
∎ Proficient in English speaking, writing, report preparation etc.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
