Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a Plan for Cement distribution across in the country.
∎ Prepare Policy for distribution & logistic for smooth operations.
∎ Market demand analysis and prepare route plan for proper distribution.
∎ Prepare policy to minimize distribution cost with customer satisfaction.
∎ To determine & improve effective distribution channel.
∎ Coordinate with production & sales department to ensure timely production & delivery.
∎ To setup new warehouse/ depot (Ghat) as per market demand.
∎ Arranging transport vendors over the country to ensure delivery in time.
∎ Prepare distribution uses transport operation policy and guide/monitor for smooth running, Ensure River way delivery by modern policy with own/ rental cargo in time.
