∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in handling land owner for joint venture development of their land.
∎ Must have experience in understanding of land related paper (C.S, S.A, R.S, City Jorip, land measurement, mutation, deed, procha) etc.
∎ Coordination between land owner and company about ensuring mobilization with in due date.
∎ Prepared pre-construction check list and coordination with all related departments to ensure all those logistics works completion on due time.
∎ Must be capable, manage & preparing reports of all legal & dispute issues for court, law enforcement agency, media & others.
∎ Capable of handling files as per check list, preparation of file content, identification of shortfall documents or pending issues in each file & necessary planning & execution to resolve pending issues.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Management.

∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
