∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 15 years in relevant field; At least 10 years’ experience in Knit based garments sector.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years’ experiences Managerial Post.
∎ Should have Adequate Technical Knowledge on repairing All Types of Programmable / Deskill Sewing Machines & Trained on Repairing All Types of Programmable Sewing Machines.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) & various folder & attachments.
∎ Must have experience in large Knit Composite Garments Industries.
∎ Strong knowledge of RMG Knit based Garments machinery and mechanical systemsProficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical problems.
∎ Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices.
∎ Have sound knowledge of current market machineries Knit based.
∎ Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and E-mail and Internet operation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance operations of all machinery and equipment in the knit garment factories.
∎ Responsible machine layout set up as per production requirement.
∎ Make the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly maintenance schedule and confirm their execution.
∎ Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
∎ Supervise and guide a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to maintenance plans.
∎ Plan and manage the installation, servicing, and upgrading of garments machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all mechanical activities.
∎ Maintain an inventory of essential spare parts and tools to support uninterrupted mechanical operations.
∎ Prepare and manage the mechanical maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the production and electrical & utility teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
∎ Keep detailed records of machinery performance, maintenance activities, and repair histories.
∎ Stay updated on the latest advancements in garments machine technology and implement improvements as needed.
