Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in (Automobile/Mechanical) Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and manage the preventive maintenance schedule & breakdown maintenance of commercial vehicle like: Truck, Dump Truck etc., by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
∎ Fault finding and repairing of above mentioned equipment and Machineries in minimum time while breakdown.
∎ Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy.
∎ Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations
∎ Forecasting, ordering, and follow up the spare parts inventory to avoid any delay of maintenance.
∎ Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance strategy and minimizing the breakdown maintenance.
∎ Collect Job card from inspection department and planned how to solve.
∎ Encouraging the team members with training and day to day discussions on:
∎ *Trouble shooting of existing and new systems at various facilities.
∎ *Handling the critical situations in case of breakdowns.
∎ *Deployment of preventive and breakdown maintenance systems.
∎ *Improvement of Communications skills among team members, with
∎ users and other stakeholders
∎ *Enhancing decision making skills.
∎ Prepare daily basis workshop report, vehicle wise downtime report & cost analysis report etc.
∎ Maintain file / log book for every individual vehicles regarding maintenance issue.
∎ Make sure there is a proper vehicle flow chart through the workshop.
∎ Analysis report on breakdown & accident vehicle and finding out the root cause.
∎ Finding out the appropriate workshops contractors & vendors for special & emergency work and making CS for approval.
∎ Monitoring & supervising of workshops, contractors & vendors for quality work in time.
∎ Preparing quality/performance report on service, spares & consumables regularly & religiously.
∎ Carrying out other duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Sincere, honest and well behaved.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel) is must.
∎ Hardworking and can manage stressful situations.
∎ Minimum 14 years' experience is required for the Diploma in Automobile Engineers.
