∎ B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any public University with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall activities and outcome of the plant machinery with absolute integrity and sincerity.
∎ Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Develop and implement electrical maintenance and utility management strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Prepare budget, check inventory of spare parts and track all expense. Maintain liaison with operation dept., mechanical dept. store & purchase dept. admin, account.
∎ Observe, Study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
∎ Design Electrical Single Line Diagram, grounding system, Lighting Protection System and load calculation. Execution, installation, commissioning monitoring and controlling of all electrical & instrumentation equipment of plant.
∎ Interpret and analyze process P&ID, PFD and electrical control wiring schemes to understand system requirements. Possess a comprehensive understanding of different types of process equipment.
∎ Develop and maintain PLC/DCS programs, including program upload/download and fault finding through online program checking. Troubleshoot PLC/DCS system hardware issues and ensure proper functioning of the systems.
∎ Plan and implement modifications or upgrades to PLC/DCS programs to enhance process monitoring and control capabilities.
∎ Design, drawing & troubleshooting of electrical equipment (Motor, Control starter, PLC, VFD, Rectifier & HMI). Support resolution of any power Substation, HT & LT panel related issues.
∎ Estimation, co-ordination, repairing, maintenance & verification of all types of electrical works of plant. Provides accurate measures to avoid overload of operating electrical equipment and proper maintenance program.
∎ Prepare BOQ, Technical drawing and establishing electrical works. Coordinate and lead the technical support team with effective leadership.
∎ Provides proper instruction to operate the entire electrical devices under safety limits. Providing electrical engineering knowledge and wisdom to the engineers who are new or less experienced.
∎ Keep record of all pending and completed work orders, pending items, Electrical & instrumentation related document and file.
∎ Responsible for compliance with all Government, Local, Safety and Environmental Policies.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by Plant Head.
