Job Responsibilities:
∎ Centralized transport management operations
∎ Administer effective quality control of transport management services
∎ Maintain data processing systems necessary to efficiently manage centralized transport management operations
∎ The operational excellence with performance and show leadership role with the transport team
∎ Responsible for the management and control of the daily operations to dispatch vehicles.
∎ Manage transport operations services including (driver management, monitor trip management planning)
∎ Coordinate, schedule and monitor all vehicle movement in different places and location nationally across Bangladesh and within Dhaka Metro
∎ Prepare, verify & process drivers working schedule, time sheets, prepare contract drivers invoices, check and verify fuel bills, leased vehicle invoices and confirm on-time submission
∎ Maintain records of Drivers OT/incentive, Field Trip invoices, Vehicle Documents, Driving licenses, Fuel uses
∎ Maintain relationship with transport maintenance team to receive optimum service
∎ Monitors potential optimum revenue resources and expenditures to ensure compliance within approved budget
∎ Identify and implement variable cost strategies and cost reduction savings to reduce overall fleet costs and improve effectiveness of the fleet management
∎ Ensure yearly renewal of company owned vehicular documents (insurance, Fitness, tax token in due time)
∎ Maintain relationship and information on a regular basis with Group Central Security services to ensure good rapport with traffic control and security related issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)) relevant experience
∎ Very good command in Bangla and English typing
∎ Should fully be aware about the statutory requirements, laws, by laws and other rules and regulations of BRTA and traffic control department of police administration
