∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look for cost effective vendors and suppliers and initiate communications for successful purchase order of spare parts
∎ Provide procurement services so that all vehicles are in the road uninterruptedly
∎ Collect quotations from different suppliers and vendors and prepare comparative analysis to get significantly cost effective purchase orders
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all sourcing processes and prepare detail vendor agreement in compliance with the company policy and procedure
∎ Visit market on regular basis and implement basic procurement skills for spare parts of car, open truck and cement bulk carrier
∎ Effectively plan monthly and yearly for spare parts requirements in order to minimize cost and maximize the facilities of spare parts department
∎ Execute the overall purchase and ensure on time delivery for all spare parts order
∎ Negotiate and manage cost reduction on quoted value through vendor interaction and negotiation
∎ Effectively monitor the LC plan and track the supplier's goods' dispatch, shipment date and location and also ensure smooth clearance of the imported spare parts

∎ Good communication skills
